Characteristics of Intelligent Automatic Oxidation Production Line

1. Anodic alumina or aluminium alloy with high output can work continuously from pretreatment to oxidation.

2. Weather resistance is good. The thickness and density of oxide film are determined according to different standards for the use of products in the oxidation process. For example, the anodic alumina board can be used indoors for a long time without color change, corrosion, oxidation and rust. Anodic alumina products with film thickness of more than 10 um can be used outdoors and remain colourless when exposed to sunlight for a long time.

3. Strong metal sense. Anodized aluminium sheet has high surface hardness, good scratch resistance, good surface aesthetics, retains the metal color of aluminium products (changing color), highlights modern metal sense, and improves product grade and added value.

4. High fireproof, pure metal products, no paint and any chemical substances on the surface, no combustion at 600 degrees high temperature, no toxic gases, meet the requirements of fire protection and environmental protection.

5. Strong anti-fouling, no fingerprints, easy to clean, no corrosion spots.
