Powder according to: epoxy powder analysis calculation: spray thickness of about 60 um, no solvent 100% solid. The cost of powder coatings is 20 yuan/kg, and 1 kg powder can be sprayed 8 square meters. The total cost is about 2.5 yuan/square. The powder needs solidification, heat energy and heating cost are 1 yuan/square. But the large workpiece is the chassis of the machine, the outer shell, the electric box and other products, and the thickness is thicker. The heating cost is about 3 yuan/square. Cost: 5.5 yuan per square meter.
